Answer the phone!! I truly believe we would have a better Pizza Hut if they brought in new management. The current manager is the problem. Too bad Pizza Hut Corporate doesn’t care.

Placed an order online and came in at 5PM on a Saturday night to pay and pickup. Nobody was there, literally! Place was empty and not an employee in sight. Food on the floor, food sitting on the end of the oven for who knows how long, and the entire kitchen looked dirty and gross. Waited for someone to show up, and when he did, he walked right past us and didn’t even acknowledge we were there. (Mind you, no one else was there). Walked straight past the mess on the floor, and began making a new order! Didn’t look at us, try and help us, or say anything about our order. We proceeded to walk out and leave our food sitting there. Absolutely terrible service, and grotesquely poor cleanliness. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Not sure if we should sit down, or order at the counter but after standing there for 10 minutes, I was finally approached by a worker and handed what seemed to be the only menu they have there. Tablecloths were duct taped, bees and flies in the window sills, after another 10 minutes of sitting I approached the counter a second time, I finally got my order taken...again waited 40 minutes with pretty much nobody in the restaurant for our pizza and because of a prior appointment I had too approach the counter to ask for it in a box so I wasn't late for that. She didn't say a word , plopped the pizza on the counter, cut it, and threw it in the box with a real shitty attitude! Pizza wasn't done and tasted like trash! I will "never" eat there again!

This place has been going downhill for years they quit serving beer. They don’t fulfill their time when you place an order and they don’t even seem to care that you’re standing there for 12 minutes before they even talk to you.. food was 30 minutes late and I got the pleasure of standing there being treated like trash for 20 minutes… we won’t be back

ordering on the app never goes through the way you order it. Also it seems to be full of "click bait" add for other things. The food is never done on time and cools quickly. Defiantly the Pizza Hut from days gone by!!

I'm still waiting on my delivery 2 hours in. This has got to be the worst pizza hut experience ever... I'm from out of town and wanted something quick. Ordered online and after an hour and a half I tried calling to just cancel it. I'm Tired of waiting. Nobody answered numerous calls to the point I wasn't sure if the business was even open. I think they don't answer the phone because after it shows out for delivery you can't cancel it. So now we're going on 40 minutes of "out for delivery" this is ridiculous

They would not diver my pizza when I live in town and did not call me to tell me they don't have a driver and they food was cold and the manager was not there and the employee was very rood and dont call them they will not answer there phone

I usually have terrible experiences doing delivery (incompetent drivers not following instructions leading to messed up pizzas) but I figured maybe dine in would be better. Very wrong lol. Spent at least 15 minutes between being seated and waiting to be asked what we wanted. 2 people I’m assuming were regulars walked in after us, and the reason I assume they are is because she knew what they wanted and put their order in before ours even though we had been waiting before them! Pretty sure it was the GM too. Wouldn’t have come here if it wasn’t for work in the first place. Save your money, it’s not worth the subpar food and bare minimum attitudes. No napkins in the dispenser at our table, pieces of food from the previous diners still on the table. Tried asking the “manager”/waitress for something after she dropped the food at the table and she just kept walking. It’s also completely unprofessional in my opinion to work in a serving/restaurant industry REEKING of stale cigarettes. Not to mention the health violation of the worker who came in, clocked in (or was just working unpaid) and then sat down and immediately started eating and only got up to help when people walked in, WITHOUT washing her hands. GROSS. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to get us a to go box or the bill, I had to go up and do that myself. Which is fine, I don’t mind “self service” but maybe express thag to your patrons when they walk in instead of doing absolutely nothing. I’ve never ever walked out somewhere without leaving a tip but I’d hardly call what we received service, let alone good.
