bad experience again. I ordered a medium cararmelicous and a cinnamon roll. was charged $9.20. received a small beverage (unsure what it is) and told that I didnt order a cinnamon roll. she tried to charge me again.

Depends on the day and who is workimg if your drinks come out perfect or missing something. I go alot and took a few week break when my turtle iced started tasting like something was bad, after 3 straight time of tasting off i took a 3 week break but when I went today it was perfect.. still going to keep going but always check before i pull away..

This is a takeout or drive thru only place. I stop here at least once every time I'm home from the road. I love a couple of their drinks (latte's and fruit smoothies) so I don't mind spending $7-$10 a drink. The service is always friendly and never pushy.

I would just like to say that CHANCE AND SHERIDAN have the most incredible customer service skills! They really know how to serve people with kindness and empathy!!!
I ordered a white mocha coffee, it was very thick and chunky, I couldn’t drink it, I would’ve had to eat it with a spoon. I called to see if I could get a new one, they said they would refund my money on my card but it takes 3-4 business days, I just wanted a new coffee and now I’m at work with no coffee. Poor customer service.
