Always delicious, great service. We don't come here for lunch because of the food, it's because of the great people working making the food. My one complaint would be without coupons it can be expensive, but thats not this stores fault.

My only complaint is I hope you bring back the Monterey cheddar bread. Leave the herbs off, put the herbs in a shaker so people can add it if they want it on their sandwich.

Had a sub to go it was very fast, and the person was very nice. The only thing I don't like is this tip thing. These people are getting paid for just making a sandwich. It seems like these machines are kind of forcing you to leave a tip. I, for one, don't like them starting to pay with cash.

Whenever we get takeout there always has to be something wrong. I understand working in the fast food industry is hard with it being busy but it’s constant when we order. The sand which is never properly wrapped so we have food falling out and they seem to always forget our chips. We will continue to go here due to convenience but hopefully things get better.

Everytime I order on the app my food comes out wrong. Missing veggies not toasted just something.

Once I was in store ordering and the workers were pissed at each other and slamming things. it made myself and other customers very uncomfortable and we wanted to leave ASAP. I understand working with people you don't like but NEVER let a customer see that let alone make the atmosphere horrible to be in and uncomfortable.

Waited 45 minutes for a sub I ordered online and only one other person had ordered before. The app told me it was ready but I walk in and don't see anything at all in the pick up section. They didn't start making it until I came back in and asked

It was a girls FIRST day when I got lunch here, & I already know another woman working here who does great customer service, & this new girl made sure my portion cups were taped closed. Even when I worked at subway I didn't care that much, but SHE cared about my drive home & ive had portion cups burst on me in the bag before. I just hope this review reaches some higher ups who realize it IS sometimes the little things that matter, even if we don't have as many years of experience as others. I personally value work ethic much more than work experience, & this little young girl had ethic?
