I don’t come in often but when I have I always got great service. I always eat at the table. When my order comes up a person always brings me my tray. Today I went in and ordered and sat down. This person called my name and I said here. He informed me that I had to come get it he wasn’t bringing it. I thought you had changed the rules. Then later a couple came in and order then sat at a table and a different young man brought their meal to them. I was not going to write anything until that happened. Won’t be back again. It was very rude and hurtful. I’m a senior and will not be disrespected.

It's a fast food joint, the food is well made, but it's still Taco John's food. What makes the place stand out is the excellent service from nice staff. They went above and beyond for me, and seemed to do the same for everyone in line for food with me. If you like Taco John's food, this is a great place to go!

Consistently the Slowest drive-thru in the history of drive-thru’s. Don’t use unless you have at least 15-20 EXTRA minutes. Using the app does not make it faster either.
