They are very kind, bring food fast and my hot chocolate was exactly the way i wanted with the caramel. Everyone had a smile on there face very good customer service

I love this caribou location. They're always so friendly and do such a great job. I'll often call ahead to order a coffee canteen and it's always ready by the time I arrive. They are so accommodating and make sure I have everything I need. The space is also very nice to meet people or just relax for a bit.

We used the drive thru and ordered two drinks. There was one person at the window and no one between them and us. The wait time to order was excessive and I had to ask the lady to speak up. She never asked if I was a member. I also had to ask for the receipt because she didn't offer it. Then we find that one of the drinks was made wrong. Not good service and they made a drink wrong. I'm not impressed...

The staff here are lovely, and always brighten my day. Today like an idiot I ordered a drink to pick up at the Rice Street location, and the staff here made it for me anyway. Treat them well, everyone!

Definitely a must for convenience!
Drive through are very helpful if you can’t go in or in a hurry. Everything is clean, I’ve always had excellent friendly service and smiles . Food and snacks are delicious.
I really suggest trying them !

On 12/11/24 at 2:30pm I waited 7 minutes , 20 secs for two drinks. I was the only person in the store. Plus my hot drink was incorrect .

Okay I finally have to write a review. Today was the last straw. Almost every time I go there my drink cost something different because they don’t know how to ring it up.

A medium latte with one pump or camera. Yet literally every time it costs something different. Today I used a size upgrade so i would pay for a small but get my usual medium and these people tried to tell me it was almost 7 bucks and that my coupon was on there. Sooo you’re telling me that a small latte with one pump of caramel is 7 bucks!?! No it’s 5.58 or damn close to it. I have gone in and talked about this with the manager in the past because this just keeps happening. It’s my favorite caribou and so close to my house but clearly this is not getting fixed and today was my last straw.

I will not be coming back.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. My drinks and food are always accurate and delicious! They are speedy and this location is fairly easy to get in and out of quickly if you are in a rush.

Parking: Easy to park, run in to grab a mobile order - enough space to pull around and exit lot beside drive through too!

This Caribou was hard to find and also is somewhat hard to get to. The place isn't too bad, but if you don't tip generously (which I don't typically do for a drive-through coffee), you may feel that "vibe" from the person taking payment.
Not a Caribou I frequent, but if I'm in town and am looking for a nicer coffee, I'll still drive through
