When I placed my order I said “tall”, not small on accident. The person working snidely draws out that they did not know what a TALL is. It took me about 2 seconds to even realize the conversation we were having. Corrected myself with a “small”, but really should have just left

I come here at least once a week and tend to order online. Today I ordered in person and was met by friendly staff who got my order quick. I really enjoyed my turtle cold brew and the cinnamon donut was good too. I will continue to visit this location.
Swung by this location to pick up an online order at the drive thru. The staff were friendly and had my order ready to go when I arrived! The Earl Grey Latte was delicious and the chocolate croissant warmed to perfection.
This was the first time our low vision support group had an opportunity to meet offsite. We reserved the meeting room at the rice Street caribou coffee location in Little Canada. The staff on duty that day were friendly and accommodating. Some of our group arrived ahead of our meeting time and were escorted by staff to the meeting room. All of our group ordered drinks and food and staff made sure to deliver our orders to the meeting room., which was greatly appreciated. we were happy to have the meeting room available during the time that we usually meet and although the space became a bit tight because all our members showed up, we booked the room again for next month and look forward to continuing to do so! Thank you, Caribou Rice Street.

This is the third time I’ve been over charged on my beverage at this location.. not sure if they are add on a gratuity charge or something? Ordered a large vanilla matcha and on the app it’s always 5.99 and after tax, it’s 6.49. Today, in the drive thru it was 7.49. I just don’t understand how my order is always a few dollars more when I come to this location..

This location is large and has a number of spread out seating areas. You can find a place to have a bit of privacy. It even has a type of a meeting room directly in the back. Plenty of attached parking. It was tidy and had friendly staff and well maintained restrooms.
