Butter burgers did not have anything on them even after i stated with everything. cod fillet was mostly bread. Disappointing. I won't be back for a very long time

Tables were dirty They forgot our concrete mixers and we had to go up when we were done eating and ask for them and found them sitting on the counter

My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru, ordered food, and specifically asked for mustard. The worker handed me ONE tiny packet. I asked for more, and she only gave me ONE more. That’s one for each of us?? When I asked again if I could have more than that (because two packets is nowhere near enough), she snapped at me and said that’s all I get. For the price of the food, the least Culver’s could do is provide a reasonable amount of condiments. It’s beyond frustrating and comes across as extremely stingy and rude. The pretzel bites are pretty good though.

Clean, greeted as so as you walk in door, fast good delivered to our table, great place for our day before kindergarten with our grandson lunch date. And if course always delicious burgers.
I came to this culvers a day after my birthday and they treated me so special. They went above and beyond. Thank you to the friendly staff at this culvers. 🤘🤩🤘

I placed an online order for pickup and had set a designated time to arrive. I arrived a few minutes early and they took 20 minutes to bring it out to my car. While I waited I watched several people arrive after and get served before myself. Upon arriving home I discovered, to my greatest disappointment, that my order was wrong. They shorted me a sandwich. After multiple attempts to call the store, I have yet to have my call go through. Maybe their line is busy with others calling to complain...

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I arrived by foot with my dog and they ensured I was well fed and my dog was given a pup cup! I felt very lucky to interact with these lovely people.
