Wow 🤩 we are visiting from SD, we had an issue with our sandwich and it was taken care of right away .

Not only that they took care of us .

Just want to say thank you to those two individuals that took care of me . (The man’s had chief and the other lady looks like the owner/ manager as well )

I ordered extra crispy fries and received fries that were cold and overly salty. I ordered two milkshakes, and both were spilled and looked careless and unprofessional. At the drive-thru, I clearly stated that I did NOT want pickles or tomatoes on my burger, yet they were still added.

I also requested bacon and extra mushrooms on one of my burgers, which were completely missing. In addition, I ordered a side of bacon, and it was so overcooked and hard that it was practically a rock — completely inedible.

On top of that, the ice cream flavors I ordered were wrong.

I went back inside the store to correct these issues, and the employee I spoke with was completely unhelpful and incapable of fixing the problem. The staff stood around talking instead of addressing my complaint and then handed me my burger again — still wrong.

I explained the issue a second time and was met with rudeness and attitude. When I received the burger for the third time, it was STILL incorrect. At no point did anyone bother to actually listen or prepare my order the way it was clearly requested.

The staff was rude, unprofessional, poorly trained, and clearly unable to communicate with one another. I was never given the opportunity to speak with a manager.

This location of Culver’s should be ashamed of the service being provided. I wasted my time, my money, and my patience. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone.

This experience was unacceptable and embarrassing for a brand that claims to value customer service.

So firstly im a trucker so when I say what I say its because ive been to Culvers all over its is my favorite burger place but this one was a joke full of kids standing around throwing stuff at each other and one kid was shadow boxing all the woman and super obnoxious person from a payers aspect I can only imagine how working around this guy feels HEADQUARTERS!!! step in and get this place reined in it is not acceptable to behave like this under a quality brand

The front of house is very disorganized. Me and my friend both placed mobile orders at the same time and said our name to the lady at the same time. I thought I saw my order in the chute but she said it would be a few minutes. My friend proceeded to get hers and I was still waiting. I waited another 5min and checked in just for them to hand me the bag that was sitting there when I got there. They are very disorganized and they don’t know how to operate or do their job as a team.
