Absolutely horrible customer service. Want to order something for order pickup? Well their "designated" pickup spot is empty, and if you dare try asking an employee about your pickup they will simply brush you off and say "They're still making it". False. I ordered a single Concrete Mixer and waited for 30 minutes only for it... TO BE SITTING ON THE COUNTER.
The employees will never ask you why you're standing and waiting, never check up on you. What a sad excuse of a restaurant. Avoid doing order pickups here if you value your time and being treated like a decent human being.

I have not been very happy with service at Drive-up Pick-up, tonight I had to walk in after waiting 17 mins in the parking lot, they had NO clue I was waiting or even had a driveup order YET my food was waiting getting cold and soggy! the time before ( a month ago) they forgot to give me half my order and I had to drive back to the store for my food AND then ask for a free meal and they had to get a manager who was not in the front of the store at dinner service!

One of our family's go-to places. They also frequently help our local schools by hosting fundraising events. Various burgers and frozen custard (rich ice cream) are featured.
Vegetarian options: They have some, which helps when we have a guest who wants a vegetarian option.

Everything is good the only thing I dislike is the fact the last 5-6 times I have been in here the floors and tables aren’t very clean. There would be a total of about 6-7 open tables and they would be covered in food crumbs and under the table there would be food scraps. A little broom around the floors and a wipe down on the tables shouldn’t be very hard to do.
