Just had it for the first time! 3 eggrolls & an order of fried rice filled 2 of us up perfectly! Delicious. Flavorful. Fast. Friendly staff. Price is "spendy", but worth it! The eggrolls are huge & the fried rice is a hefty serving! HIGHLY recommend!
I participated in Homeless Day On The Hill today at the Capital, and Eggroll Queen was dead smack in the middle of a roll of food trucks! I always miss their truck or they’re not in my area at the time, so I was excited to finally get my hands on these! When I tell yall these are the BEST EGGROLLS IN TOWN!!!!!

I received pork egg rolls from the food truck at the farmers market. Massive serving, 14 for 3, which is effectively a full meal. They were very, very hot at serving and were quite tasty. The filling was standard egg roll material, but leaned heavier into the clear noodles and egg than other places I have seen. The outer layer was flaky and properly cooked without being burnt. Fast service and friendly people. Good job!
