Why are there 2 pickles on my sandwich? And 3 pieces of pepper? I asked for extra, was willing to pay, and still got scammed?
And why does your crew refuse to give paying customers kicking ranch? I ordered 3 online and got none. Again. Was told it’s in the bag, they were too busy to actually listen when I said it wasn’t.
Idk man, I know it’s just sandwiches, but it’s people’s cravings too. What if your craving didn’t satisfy after you got it? You’d be sad too.

This JJ was not the freaky fast im used to. Stopped in on a Sunday night after a long day with a hungry athlete and this was the slowest slow JJ I've ever been to. Cashier spoke so softly I couldn't understand what she was saying.

Gold standard for Jimmy Johns. The best location I have ever been to. Consistent food, clean location, friendly employees. Go 20 minutes out of my way to get to this location because ones in SE of the city cannot match the quality and consistency

I don’t know why everyone bitching on these reviews. I walked in, ordered my sub, paid and walked out the door all in the matter of 2 minutes. Seriously. Guys are killing it in there! Freaky Fast!

I have visited this location multiple times for lunch and the customer service, quality, and efficiency is truly the best I have seen. I am a teacher and server so I understand the industry and the employees here have a great attitude and provide excellent service.

Do not order delivery from here they will not get it right and they'll do anything except admit they're wrong I didn't eat here for a year because they kept voting sandwiches weird lengths but they've gotten my last three deliveries wrong and have claimed to issue a credit every time having done so NEVER. Will not do this again with you Jimmy John's and I promise you that this isn't over.
