The store is nasty let’s be honest. They NEVER HAVE DELIVERY DRIVERS. Close this trash location! Food is never correct I’ve received moldy bread and and spoiled potato salad. Also who ever is working right now calls 30 minutes after my order was placed to tell me there’s no one there to deliver. Funny when you’re about to close! Admit to being lazy!

JJ fan, but this facility is 300% Sub par ,entitlement band of workers, attitude, transaction issues - think I got charged twice in Apple Pay, which worked perfectly fine ~15 mins ago in another shop. All extra crap now have to worry about while lugging kids..
..watch for attitudes and some potential RFID scam.

This stupid sandwich combo is $15. There is barely any meat. I'm basically eating lettuce. This is a first and last time. I Will never step foot in Jimmy Johnb again.

OMG!!!! The manager here is phenomenal!!! She is so talented and quick with making those sandwiches!!! She is super sweet, customer service was amazing, smile definitely lit up the room!! I loveeee herrrr!!!

I ordered a sandwich and drink online (including a tip) for delivery, waited an hour...no delivery! Called location and they have NO ORDER for me! Checked my bank statement and Jimmie Johns charges were already on there! JJ owes me a credit since I never recd my order! Really bad service!!! Don't order online!!! ?
It's not freaky fast when you refuse to answer the phone or deliver sandwiches. Terrible customer service.

Not really freaky fast. Have ordered online via the app multiple times and it took over an hour to arrive each time (despite the fact that the building is 5-10 min drive from my house).
One of the times I ordered for delivery, they called me to tell me their delivery driver was out - so I had to pick up. No big deal, but when I got there they proceeded to charge me for the delivery. When I confronted them about it, the cashier seemed annoyed.

This is still my favorite Jimmy John location. They always get my sandwich right and it's made fresh. The pumpkin cookie is amazing!
I didn’t catch her name, but the dark skinned woman working at 11:30am on sept 20, 2024 by herself, was absolutely killing it. I managed restaurants for ten years, and this lovely human being is epitome of a perfect food service attitude. There was four people in line when I walked in, and she was probably pulling four online orders off the printer for each of us, yet she kept up, prioritized the orders, kept a smile on her face even singing happy Friday at times, and didn’t not let the busy lunch rush get to her even though she was by herself. If she isn’t one of the highest paid workers in the building then she needs a raise. I would’ve loved to have someone like her at any restaurant or food establishment I’ve managed. Absolutely a 5 star experience.

Well it seems this franchise owner has not paid head to the comments left here. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours now for my delivery. I called the store and asked where my order is. They explained it is out, that the driver picks up several orders and brings them out. That was 45 minutes after the order was placed. When I asked what happened to freaky fast. She said that only applies to how they make them. Delivery is totally different. I had to laugh and say you have never seen or are familiar with Jimmy Johns advertising. Now its been over an hour since i ordered. Still no sandwich.

There is something weird going on with this Jimmy John’s. I was here with my son a couple of weeks ago. The atmosphere seemed a bit odd, but I’m new to town, so maybe that’s just me. I noticed that there weren’t any chips stocked up front, and when I placed my order for a Spicy Italian Nightclub, they told me that it would take a bit, because they didn’t have any meat pre-sliced. I asked if they had just opened (it was 12:30 in the afternoon). They said, “No.” There were a couple of employees standing around in the back talking. I thought, maybe they just had a big rush, but I don’t think that was the case. Also, when my sandwich did finally come out it was not made correctly. If I was the owner, I would clean house. It is not difficult to have a fully functioning Jimmy John’s with minimal effort. By the looks of the other reviews here, this has been going on at this location for quite a while.

Ordered at 2:40 pm Had to call at 4:00pm to make sure everything was right . Driver lied about giving me a call and probably lied about how he couldn’t find the address. So they just needed up voiding my order. Worst experience i’ve had ever ordering any type of food. Freaky fast? not at all.

I ordered on the 19th the number 2 with cheese and I wanted to add bacon and I got a phone call telling me that they were out of bacon and they would take it off my order and I still got charged for the bacon because today the 20th I went to order the same thing without bacon my order came to $9.58 and the 19th to was $ 11.74 so why ....this is not good customer service at all. So I guess I will not be going to this location anymore ?
