I ordered on the 19th the number 2 with cheese and I wanted to add bacon and I got a phone call telling me that they were out of bacon and they would take it off my order and I still got charged for the bacon because today the 20th I went to order the same thing without bacon my order came to $9.58 and the 19th to was $ 11.74 so why ....this is not good customer service at all. So I guess I will not be going to this location anymore ?

This is the last time I order from this location. It’s been over an hour for my freaky fast order and I live 4 minutes away. There have been occasions where my delivery order never went out at all and I have had to come pick it up. It’s just straight up not a good Jimmy John’s location and poorly managed. skip them and drive to larpenteur and save yourself 45 minutes.

THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! This place was honestly the worst, the staff was possibly the rudest, laziest people I’ve come across. Over 30 minutes for sandwiches with a side of sass when you wonder where your pickup order is. BUT NOW the staff is super nice, freaky fast, and the place is clean!! Definitely give them a try again.

They forgot to cut my sub in half, but if that's a dealbreaker for you, you're the problem. The service was prompt, and every component of the sandwich tasted fresh and was clearly prepared with care--I can't remember the last time I had a better sub from JJ's.

Placed a order online just to get a call from this store stating no drivers lol. It ain't freaky fast anymore, it's no delivery now.

If you want to waste 45 minutes to 1hr in store waiting for your sandwich this is the place to be. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant instead and still finished at the same time.

I think this is the last time I'm ordering from this location. As much as I love Jimmy John's and even though their sandwiches here are up to typical quality of any other Jimmy John's, their delivery is practically nonexistent. I've had MULTIPLE hour+ waits for Order Received to even swap over to Out for Delivery, and numerous times (4+) I've had my order canceled after they only just realized they didn't have a driver after half an hour or longer.This is exasperated by the fact that I KNOW Jimmy Johns stores can disable ordering online from a store when they don't have drivers to fulfill requests. For a good 6 months I was unable to put in orders because they didn't have drivers and that was PERFECTLY FINE because at least I wasn't waiting over an hour just to have it canceled.This store needs to disable their ability to order online and stop taking delivery orders for as long as their delivery service is so absent. Seriously slow, not freaky fast.
