Never been to a McDonald's where I'm the 5th person in line parked for food, what in the heck this is ridiculous

Only been here twice. First time, ordered a happy meal because they had a Disney collaboration. Didn't put Disney toys in the meal, instead it was a different toy. My (former) coworker spoke up because they ordered the same thing as me. We thought they ran out of the Disney toys. Turns out, they didn't. On a side note when my (former) coworker spoke up, the workers were confused. I stepped in just to clarify and they were even more confused.
Second time, theres is a McDonaldLand meal. They did not include the collection with the meal.
Don't think I'll be ordering happy meals from here again since it happened twice to me.

I ordered a a fish fillet with extra tartar sauce. For lunch. When I went to bite into i realize it was chicken and they added cheese and tartar sauce on it. At this point I was already at work I couldn't leave try to call but no one answered so I'm stuck with something that I'm not going to eat. So if I go back and complain then ask me where's the sandwich why didn't I call when I come back watch what you're doing in the kitchen

Late night, after work 4 am. Wanted a cheeseburger, they had already switched to breakfast but my app didn't reflect that and it kept bringing me back to burgers and fries. So basically I could not use my app to order. And I wanted cheeseburger anyway but they wouldn't do it. I just left Without food.
I used the McDonald's app to order my food, so so I got rewards points, and I was able to get through the drive through in under two minutes. I got the $5 meal deal which is an awesome value for what you get. I did pay a little more to upgrade my drink to a large ice coffee. If you are not using the McDonald's it you are missing out on great deals.

This place is my usual "last-minute/ no time to cook" go to. They are usually pretty good, fast and efficient with my orders with an occasional "small mistake." Like, maybe they missed an extra fry that I ordered because I usually ordered one too many fries. But today, I just don't have a clear understanding of the mistake made. I ordered a big mac with no cheese, add tomatoes. Says it right on the order ticket. Yet, I got one tomatoe and cheese on my big mac..

Picked up breakfast through the drive-thru, it was lukewarm, was clearly sitting out for a while before it was served. Not satisfied.
