Arbys granted me a free meal, for a mistake, they made on my order. When I tried to use my free meal ticket, at my local Arby's, I was denied. Mason, who was the manager on duty that day, told his employee that I would have to drive over 60 miles to the St. Cloud location, where the mistake was made. I mentioned to the Little Falls location, that it wasn't an St. Cloud mistake, it was an Arbys mistake. Still, I was denied. I will never eat at the Little Falls Arby's, ever again!!!

Fantastic, perfect customer service and professional conduct. The DD App needs to add an option for TIPPING the restaurant on this kind of outstanding interaction.
