Arbys granted me a free meal, for a mistake, they made on my order. When I tried to use my free meal ticket, at my local Arby's, I was denied. Mason, who was the manager on duty that day, told his employee that I would have to drive over 60 miles to the St. Cloud location, where the mistake was made. I mentioned to the Little Falls location, that it wasn't an St. Cloud mistake, it was an Arbys mistake. Still, I was denied. I will never eat at the Little Falls Arby's, ever again!!!
