A group of friends who are Deaf come last night and their service and staff are wonderful to us! Even if it is kind of late in evening. Thank you, Arby’s, I will come back to this place.
Abby was an absolute delight. She treated every customer with respect and told me she even learned sign language just to communicate with some deaf door dashers. She then went around asking how people were doing and dropped off napkins. So thrilled to see such amazing customer service! Thank you!!

Wish I would have known the name of the female team member who answered the Arby's phone around 7pm to answer my DoorD*sh questions! Fantastic, perfect customer service and professional conduct. The DD App needs to add an option for TIPPING the restaurant on this kind of outstanding interaction.
