Small buffet, food was not fresh, restaurant needs a serious remodel…overall just didn’t feel clean or fresh. They were quick to seat, serve drinks and checkout though.

I've never ate such poor food in a restaurant. The rice was old, all the protein sources were dry and looked as though they'd been there for hours. I eat out at least twice a week and have never experienced food this poor.

We haven't been their in a very long time so,ok let's go,we called to see if they where still serving lunch around 2:00pm they said yes,well,she seated us and asked for our beverages,ok soon as I saw the food I new it wasn't going to be hot or a lot of it,we tasted our food like warm,some of the food was wilted dried out some food in the pans where 1/4 full some 1/2 full,I asked the can we get some hot food.their response was I can put it in the microwave for you, and that's it's past the lunch time...nope we are leaving,we are not coming back,owners didn't even say I am sorry I can take some $$ off but NO.we paid for our meals.we are never going back their again.people should be able to go there and eat anytime that's why they call it a buffet.we all where so disappointed.

We went to Great Wall in L.Falls on 05/08/2024, the atmosphere Good good. What makes me mad was all the food was good but COLD and my sister told the manager and they didn't offer to take money off our bill they offered us nothing!!! I was so disappointed we told them that...we will not be returning not a happy customer!!!

One of the best Chinese restroauts in central Minnesota.
Poorly cared after restaurant with cold dry food and no service. Had to wait for 10 minutes at checkout before someone even came to ring me up. The place is falling apart and smells horrible. Very upsetting. If you want a Chinese Buffet drive to another town. This is a waste.
