This is by far the worst KFC i have ever been to. No matter how you order, drive thru, mobile, or just go in, you never get what you want. I always order the original recipe and always end up having to take extra crispy with my order. They are out of original every time and the guy today asked if we took the extra crispy or if he needed to make more. We put in an online order, we should be able to get what we want!!!

The chicken didn't have the regular amount of herbs and spices, this has become a norm for this store. And very little breading all together. Next time I'll go to St Cloud or Brainerd.

Awesome lady working that took our order and brought out our food. Everything was clean and kept presentable. Only two downsides. First no buffet anymore (any kfc unfortunately), and second wth is up with the men's bathroom???? No urinal and only one stall? Kinda ridiculous.

Ordered a 3 pcs big box combo, got back to my truck and I saw I only got two pcs of chicken. I had to walk back just to go back and forth with cashier and line cook ladys just to give me what I paid for. I received another drum to add to a thigh and a drum and the smallest piece of chicken at that with them being irritated with me because they made a mistake ? ?.
