Moreover, she diligently cleans and takes orders, demonstrating her dedication to providing outstanding service. Although I'm not entirely certain of her name, I believe it might be Christine or a variation of that name.

There is the lady who works there, heard another staff member call her Jill. Came into the store around 8 to order breakfast and saw her treating colleagues like absolute garbage. I don't know how management allows a hostile work environment for staff, but I did take liberty to report this corporate. Shame on your location for allowing something like this to happen in front of paying customers. It makes a terrible example for your franchise. If people were to do that at my job, they would be terminated immediately, and that's exactly what should happen to that lady. I didn't even bother ordering food because her treatment of others made me lose my appetite and I left.

In the drive thru, it was 26 minutes from ordering my food until I got it. Twice they brought other people's orders to my car, I had to tell them it was wrong. No acknowledgement or apologies from staff.
