Sat and waited 1 hour 30 mins at mobile order curbside with a 5 year old and a baby to get told from the register lady that we will just have to cancel our order we seen people come and go with their orders this is the worst iv ever seen from any fast food restaurant. Ruined our memorial day! We asked for a manager multiple times couldn’t get one till the 5th time I asked they made our order in 5 mins and we got in the car and it was completely wrong. I want my money and time back.

I tried ordering curbside, and got told by the app to go in to the cashier about details to my order after submitting curbside number. The cashier told me that I have to switch from curbside to lobby, than walked away before I could say anything else, and the app didn't give me an option.

The food was as always good.. had a double quarter pounder w cheese.. even though the food came yo me fast, place looked clean.. it was the lady at the till was moving so slow to enter my order 🙄.. it took her nearly 6 min to enter in my combo meal.. really?? Had 12 min stop cause i was on a greyhound bus.. and luckily i made it back with 1 min to spare.. i feel that they should have been a person more experienced at the till and could enter our orders faster i would have cut my time and others in half cause two ppl almost didn't make it.. the ppl who order at the kiosk took less time and got there food from start to finished in 5 min or less.. i should have used the kiosk..

I ordered on the app, they brought our food out pretty quickly. It was actually hot and seemed pretty fresh for once.

went through the drive through with my friend, just got two very simple orders with mac sauce on the side. took a good 15 minutes just to get one of our orders on the screen. once we finally had both, they forgot our fries and the mac sauce. went through again, got our stuff, checked the food and they messed up the orders. i get when you’re busy but we were the only people to show up in an hour and a half span.

put in my order and had to have it remade 2 separate times for them to still not get it right. all i wanted was a burger on the menu with mac sauce, wasn’t too complicated
