The female lobby person is truly exceptional. She consistently greets and engages with customers, ensuring they have everything they need. Moreover, she diligently cleans and takes orders, demonstrating her dedication to providing outstanding service. Although I'm not entirely certain of her name, I believe it might be Christine or a variation of that name.
Had a complicated order and the Mgr working had to take over for a new kid. We noticed we were missing 2 sandwiches after we left the 2nd window. The Mgr was at my window b4 we could even look up. She had us pull around and had the 2 sandwiches ready along w/free drinks. Great customer service!
The person that took our order acted like it was a real chore to be there, talk to us, and take our order. She actually said (while she was doing nothing) to just wait and she'd be there when she could. Really? The food was good though. There were several other people in there that I observed and were treated the same way by this person and was getting upset by the wait. There really was no reason for it
