Food was cold and tortillas soggy. Waited 20 minutes for the worst food. And there was only one person in front of me when I got there. I had less then a tablesoon of meat on my burrito. Food was absolutely disgusting how it looked and tasted. I suggest trying any other fast food restaurants besides this one.

We didn't even order after seeing employees handling food without gloves, throwing food back and forth at each other, and then one of the employees kids or something running around the kitchen area. Very unprofessional.

I love Taco John's, but I just couldn't imagine eating the food here after that.

Dawn's Happy place

I don't understand why this taco John's is so bad. Last time I went, the tortias in my softshell tacos were stale on the edges and room temp when I got it, but the nacho cheese was melting the cup. This time, the tacos were cold and the potato Oles don't taste like anything. One of the burritos was encrusted with burnt cheese on thr bottom and the drinks were too watered down. I recommend, if you want good taco John's and you are willing to drive an extra 10-20 minutes, go to Camp Ripley and order there to get good, hot tacos, unburnt AND you get to see soldiers train, artifacts from previous wars, there's a museum and flight tests.

I was really looking forward to Taco John's since I no longer live in the Midwest and they don't have them in Oregon. This Taco John's was a big dissapointment. They got our order wrong, and the burritos were tiny. Like 75% tortilla with just a tiny bit of filling. So sad my chance to get Taco John's was a bad experience.

They forgot my Cinnabon bites. Which is the only reason I went to taco Bell today. But the rest of the food was good

Had to go back because they forgot the nachos, and mentioned that the Potato oles were not seasoned to which the employees rudely disputed that they were. They gave me the nachos that were originally made for our order, but since it had been 15+ minutes, they were super soggy. At this point, I went into the store and saw how filthy the kitchen was. They were not busy as it was 2:00pm, but the counters had lettuce, cheese, sour cream all over the work spaces as if they had just had a major rush of orders. I will not be going back!

Never again will I be back!!!! Employees were rude when i asked about the meat on my taco salad that was $9 when my $2 taco had more meat and the employees look at me like they don’t know what day it is and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a small pop cup when i paid for a medium! Ran by the circus in there unbelievable! I have worked in the food industry so i know customer service is top priority. If i could i would give it negative stars ⭐️

Sunday evening. Very slow service.
No napkins with my drive through order.
Specifically asked for hot sauce, there was none in the bag.
One burrito was partially wrapped and was incredibly dry.
Normally this place was great, Sunday night, not so much.

The worst I've ever experienced. 20+ minute wait for cold food (not made right) and missed items.
