If you ask for a burrito, be sure to pluralize the meat because my burrito had one piece of chicken. I was really hoping for a better rice to chicken ratio, but I guess that's what I get for assuming. Ordered sour cream and nacho cheese sides (they charge for it) and got neither. I'm giving this 3 stars because it was the exact experience I figured I would be getting, and who doesn't appreciate dependability?

Food was typical Taco John's: you know what you're going to get. What bothered us was the three workers at the food prep stations with shoulder length hair and no hair nets!!!

Food was received quickly. Payment was simple, but there was not alot of condiments out. Maybe taco John's has changed but they did not have any salsa, cheese, or other toppings out. All they had was hot sauce packets.
