We had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper and towels. No housekeeping several days because we didn’t leave the room until 10:30am and she only came once a day. Was quoted one rate and charged another.
Kelly is the best!! Been my hair styler for 20 years (give or take) now she's the only person I'll take my kids to. 12/10 for me �
