An outstanding place for a hearty meal. SUPER friendly and attentive wait staff and experienced kitchen staff ensure a timely and no-problems experience. For up-north Minnesota lake-life-and-northwoods-lovers, The Anchorage is the place to be. It's always open, welcoming, and gathering people for a great meal, cool drinks, and a very good time. Enjoy!
Great food. Some of the best pizza I've had. We went in with a large group and had to be separated because they won't move the tables (like stated in previous reviews) I don't think it's a big deal. But some in my group weren't happy about it. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
Being right on the lake the atmosphere is really cool.
We normally stop on the way back from up north to have lunch, usually pizza.
It's kind of become a thing to do.
