Great food and service, right on the lake! Enjoy riding the SXS up for lunch. Highly recommend the brisket wrap!

My husband and I have been "lake & resort hopping" for 21 years all around northern Minnesota and we both agree that Little Boy Resort is at the top of our list! Launch and grounds kept up clean and organized. Our cabin was spacious, clean and well equipped. Nancy (think the owner) was on top of every question, issue (with a light bulb!) was addressed immediately. Absolutely will be going back !!
The views are beautiful, the staff is phenomenal, the food was hot and delicious! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We went multiple times during our stay at Little Boy Resort, but you don’t have to stay at the resort to come! Highly recommend making a stop if you are in the area!
Kid-friendliness: My daughter is 2 & staff was so sweet to her. Tables outside accommodate a rambunctious toddler.

Not a huge breakfast menu, but wonderful scones! We had the brisket sandwich, a super good flatbread, both excellent! Nice change from the burgers & fries of other taverns, but they had those too. Server, Jordan attentive & friendly.
Great, laid back atmosphere with food and beverage selections that satisfy the entire family. Staff was attentive and friendly! Also, really liked that the food was fresh and healthy (not typical fried bar food), for instance, my sweet potato fries were baked instead of deep fried. Prices competitive and comparable to similar restaurants.

We've been staying in their campground for about two weeks now and have enjoyed first class food from the front porch tavern. Also the resort is wonderful as well. The only complaint I think I have is that everything is so expensive. But honestly that may be out of there control. I am enjoying our time here none the less.
