Food took 40 minutes to come out and there was hair in it. The older lady was very nice though. Also could not make my hash brown crispy

Lovely little cafe in a hidden gem city! Their food is great, the waitresses are nice, and the atmosphere perfectly catches that “tiny town” feeling.

They have a nice selection of items on their menu and the prices are reasonable.

If you’re staying for the night here or passing by, this is a great cafe to stop at and try some amazing food! You won’t regret it!

A hole- in -the- wall small town Cafe that smells, looks and tastes exactly as it should. Comfort Food on the menu. Small town conversations in the air. Wonderful service even though they were busy. Love it!

Perfect small town breakfast and lunch spot in the spot where theres been a cafe of similar type going back decades. This place is newer than that, but you still can open the doors to get that same up north cafe charm and hospitality with good food on the menu, and great hot coffee in your cup! The food is what you'd expect on the menu (in a good way). Nothing too fancy but always something tasty. It's made fresh and tasty as ever. Staff is as about friendly as you can get,
Only downside is

Go here if you want to go for breakfast and stay for lunch. By that I mean you order breakfast at 9am and you’ll be served by lunch. They got to be cooking with one pan back there. Watched half a dozen tables get up and leave without getting served, while we waited… and waited... (Momma didn’t raise no quitter) There’s only 8 tables… Food arrived over 2 hours later. Cold. Hash browns somehow burnt and cold???? Otherwise the meh-est of meh. Zero refills on any drinks. Left hungrier than we arrived. There is far better in the area. Don’t waste you’re entire Saturday here like we did.

Great if slow service, sort of dirty, dismal atmosphere. I had the fish sandwich, which consisted of a slab of fried fish with a mucus-like texture on a brioche bun. It was not advertised as having anything besides fish, so I suppose my disappointment at there being no sauce or other toppings is unwarranted.
The Cafe Chips are much better than the french fries, but still mostly unseasoned and with a texture that I found unpleasant.

The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I had a Reuben sandwich on marble rye bread, which I thought was just outstanding! What a treat!
