I have never in my life left a review on a eating eating establishment, but this place blew my mind. Not only did I have some of the best food I have ever had ( I am a large man with a plethora of eating smoked meat experience) but the owner/chef is a genius. This guy took time to talk to some random guys about his craft, gave us free beers, and let us try meats right off the smoker. I will continue to drive the 60+ miles to eat at this establishment.....
Ive traveled the US a lot and I've had about every style of American bbq. The pulled pork here blows all the rest out of the water. These guys should register as a church and be exempt from taxes because it is a religious experience. Also Kenny goes above and way beyond to provide a great dining experience!
We were replacing a window in Montgomery and was told about a bbq joint in Lonsdale (Smoke). I’ll keep it simple. Great food. Great service. I only wish I had more jobs in the area so that we could stop more often.
