My husband and I decided to try Knott’s for the very first time due to hearing about their all you can eat fish. We arrived at 5:00- we placed our orders shortly after arriving -I ordered a thin crust taco pizza and my husband ordered the all you can eat fish. After some time had passed, our food arrived. After our waitress walked away I realized the pizza was thick crust. I waited for her to come back, but she never did- not once! Not even to fill our drinks or to even ask my husband who ordered the all you can eat fish if he even wanted any more! ( my husband did like his fish- the fries however were soggy.) People were starting to trickle in and numerous tables were getting service more than once- but not ours. They were busy, but not extremely- and even so, that’s no excuse for us to be completely ignored. We finally got up and walked over to the register. Complained about our first time experience. All she said was Sorry- we paid and left. Unfortunately, we have no desire to go back.

Simply wonderful. We had given the Roadhouse in Wabasso a couple weeks notice of a large get together, but they unexpectedly closed for the day without calling us. We ended up descending on Knotts--close to 20 people--and they couldn't have been better. Only one cook and one up front, but surprisingly fast and all was good. Can't thank them enough.

Dietary restrictions: I coordinated with the bar owner and chef to have a food-intolerance-friendly meal made each month. I give an updated list to the owner each year and I don't have to answer any questions about what I can and can't eat at each meal... I can just sit down and enjoy a meal with friends - like everyone else.I was able to order a salad from the menu with chicken, tomatoes, and onions.Only suggestion: keep ingredients on hand for making a quick salad dressing.

This is a pretty cool place for Lucan MN. I was there this last weekend for my grandpa's funeral. The reception was at Knotts landing. I did not eat and only hung out at the bar. The bartender did a great job accommodating the 100+ that came in plus the regulars. I'm sure she was stressed, but did a fantastic job.
