Cascade Lodge Restaurant has been a favorite of our families for years! Located right on lake Superior with a beautiful view. They also have a cafe and bar in a separate building. The rooms have no air conditioning so when the weather is warm it can get a little hot. But, they do provide fans for each room. Besides the main Lodge you can stay in they do have Small log cabins also. We stayed in the lodge. Also a game room in the basement. Perfect for our family weekend. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff at the desk. In the basecamp cabin I was happy to see a bathtub and nice little playground area, my 4 year old used these. There was also dish cable tv and good wifi. Other bonuses were a dehumidifier and table fan to keep the room comfortable and acted as white noise. The room & bathroom were bigger than they seemed like in the pictures.
