We ordered to go food two weekends ago. This was our third time getting food from Joes pizza palace and our third bad experience. When I ordered a large taco pizza and cheeseburger with cheese curds I was told 45 min. When I arrived there I stood at the bar for at least 10 minutes before anyone helped me. Once I paid for my order the lady went back to the kitchen when another lady came to inform me that pizzas were backed up and it would be another 15 minutes. I waited in my car for the 15 minutes and when I returned they then offered me a drink. Once the food was brought out it had been a total of an hour and 20 minutes after I had placed my order. On the way home I went to eat a cheese curd and realized that there was no cheese burger in the to go container. I called immediately. They offered to make the burger if I would come back. At this time it was almost 8 and I had placed the order at 6:35. I was not turning around so I told her to just have the manager call me to get me a refund. Still no call from the manager. Very disappointed because we love the food but the service needs work.
