A quaint little place away from Shooting Star Casino. If you're down for some good old-fashioned homestyle cooking, this is the place for you! My mom & I split a Turkey Club, and they put it on 2 plates for us, so the pic is only 1/2 the regular meal. Food was tasty, service was fast & friendly and the prices were wallet friendly!
My husband and I love small town cafes, so we were excited to check out the Red Apple. There's nothing terribly wrong with it, but there's nothing great about it either. It's mostly clean, but the accommodations are old in a dingy, run-down sort of way. The food was very so- so. Nothing special... but again, it wasn't terrible. The service was great. Service is always changing, food is decent but I do recall a few meals that were kinda blehh. And I really don't mind the atmosphere but it's pretty dingy and unexciting. This is literally the only place to eat in town tho other than the casino or gas station food.
