This is just a walk-out location but that's the kind of pizzeria I prefer. We went with the Margherita pizza and an order of cheese bread. Both were tasty, the cheese was good, the pizza was thin but not too thin. But the star of the show was the sauce, very tangy, salty, flavorful, and chunky. Next time I'm going to ask for a cup of sauce on the side! Carbone's is a quality local pizzeria option that won't break the bank.
First time at this one, I got a fantastic pizza, and great service. Carbone's is the best in my opinion. E 7th St in St Paul Carbone's has been my main pizzeria for over 40 years.
I've been dining at various Carbone's restaurants for decades. There is nothing like the taste of the Midwest's premier pizza! Do yourself a favor and get one soon!!!
