last night was the first time we went to this fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the attentive service, with the great cooking and fine drinks and with the honest price. We will definitely return there again.
Dinner was very good. Had the 12 oz ribeye, it was done to perfection. A well marbled cut. The popovers are massive and desserts were fabulous. A bit pricey but worth it to share in the history of this old establishment. They do take reservations, but have limited dining hours.
Secret place? Been there for years. Super economical pricing. The sides actually come with the meals; practically unheard of today. Old world supper club style. Woodsy, red leather. She's seen many nights :-)
