Applebee's Grill + Bar

My friend and I dined here in the early evening on Saturday night. When we went to leave my car battery did and my car didn’t start. Ran to the show and came back to deal with my car afterwards. I couldn’t get to my jumper cables because they were in my trunk and could not open it manually with the key. We decided to go into the restaurant and ask if we could get any help. The hostess went to the manager to see if someone could help. She came back saying the manager said no. Where is the human decency and kindness when people are just asking for a car jump? I’m still flabbergasted. The restaurant was not busy, it was late and not many stores were open. I won’t be coming back here. Way to reinforce the lack of kindness in our world right now.

This yore was much better years ago. It unfortunately has been run down. Ive eaten here inside more tha 15 times over the ladt 20 plus years.

Redhead bartender is extremely impatient, rude and has poor communication skills I will not be back.

Food was ok. Had to ask several times to get extra dressing for the salads as the chicken was extremely hard. Couldn’t get a refill on drinks and it’s so disgusting when your feet stick to the floor because it’s so sticky. Please do better than this. I almost got up to get containers for the leftovers as the waiter never came back………. Not a good experience whatsoever

Wait person was very quiet/hard to hear. Gift card was not accepted by the machine on the table; a note on the machine would have been helpful.

They did really great by us tonight , we got there as it was almost full but our server got to us quickly. We had the new bourbon shrimp pasta- please keep this on your menu

Normally applebees it's good but we got burgers and fries delivered and everything was wayyy to over cooked and dry it was hard to eat. Everything was gross and the fries were even more disgusting and the guy that delivered it didn't even speak English I had to run and tell him to turn around way overpriced no taste like cardboard.

Great food, would recommend their bacon burger. Fries are really good. Oreo Milkshakes are good.
