My husband and I sat down for lunch. We ordered our meal. Got our drinks that was the end of the service we received. We sat there waiting for about 30 minutes while’s everyone who came in up to 20 minutes after us got their meal. We ended up leaving. What a shame.

Friendly staff, okay food. They have a great boneless chicken wings special running right now, 50 cents per wing.I do not recommend their garlic parm wings. Everything else was alright, though.Low lighting, low to moderate sound level. They do have handicap accessibility ramps. Plenty of TVs, often playing sports.Parking: Plenty of parking. There is handicap parking.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair door accessibility button. It would be difficult to maneuver, but they do have ramps inside to use instead of the stairs.

My son and I arrived at 11:30 pm and we were greeted by a very friendly hostess. However, she said that they were closed and were no longer serving customers even though the hours on the door and website said they close at midnight. If the restaurant isn't going to serve past 11:30, they need to close at 11:30 and not post the closing time as midnight.

Our appetizer wings were almost warm. Definitely not hot. The ribletts were cooked inconsistent some were very dry and chard. Some were good. The Asian chicken salad was good. Our server was very sweet and checked in often.

Stopped by on a Saturday night and had wick, wonderful service. My breadstick was a little overcooked and my pasta lukewarm but was still fine.
This Applebee's can be hit or miss. We have had great experiences here and not so great ones. It depends on the server.
