I had ordered through drive through on 10/23/2025. I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss and two piece kids meal. They messed everything up and the chicken for the kids meal was raw. I didn’t realize there mistake until I was home. I attempted to call but no one answered. From now on I will just order from McDonald’s or Wendy’s.

They forgot half of my meal, drove 15 miles back and they forced me to wait 40 minutes for it. All I got was a “Yo sorry bot dat”. Definitely disappointing. They wouldn’t pick up there phone so I had to waste 2 hours of my night after working 12 hours. I’ll take this franchise to small claims court just out of spite.

I am writing this review to share my experience about the disrespectful and discriminatory treatment I received at your Arby's location today, October 12, 2025, at approximately 3 p.m. The staff involved were the manager with dreadlocks and a cashier wearing glasses.
After placing a large drive-thru order, I entered the store to clarify the order and pay. While waiting in line, I briefly stepped aside to organize my coupons at the counter. The manager with dreadlocks began scolding me, in front of my children, accusing me of skipping the line. My attempt to explain that I had a prior drive-thru order was ignored.
When it was my turn, the manager deliberately bypassed me and called the customer behind me. She then profusely apologized to him, as if I had done something wrong. This public shaming and blatant disrespect caused me and my children significant embarrassment.
I believe this treatment was directly related to my skin color and my accent, and I am deeply offended by the unprofessional and biased conduct of your staff.
I believe there are cameras recordings to validate all that I have mentioned.

Angela is a superstar. Her devotion to customers is superb. I hadn't been to Arby's in a minute, and was noticing new items after I ordered. Angela was happy to wait for me and make suggestions. She's cool!

I brought my whole family here they were visiting from out of toqn we all use to go here together years ago. We went in last Friday and it is the worst service, worst food and the worst thing is the staff. Very rude staff, playing on phones constantly, talking, and shouldnt be working. To the owner, please hire better staff and managers or this place will eventually go under.

Location was clean. Service was very quick. Food had an unexpected and unusual sweetness to it, which was not expected from savoury the food ordered. Not a dealbreaker, but wasn't what we were hoping for.

Used drive threw. Very friendly in taking order. They did forget my kids chocolate milk, that's also on my dor not checking bags before leaving. Everyone so nice and chatty though!
