This isn’t some fancy restaurant where I should be waiting 10+ minutes for my food to be prepared, especially when I’m using the drive thru. This place really takes the fast out of fast food.

Idiots work here. Gave my food to car ahead. $20 worth. They asked me to park in front of store and asked me if “I knew where the front was ?”. Waited 15 minutes and when they brought out my food, they didn’t even bring it all. Had to go in and get the fries. No sorries…. Just a “have a nice day.” It wasn’t even busy. 0 stars if possible.

Always enjoy the roast beef. Very consistent from one time to the next. Tried the burger for the first time. A little sloppy but tasty. Eating area needed the tables and self service areas cleaned.
The buns had a nauseating oder to them. We ended up throwing away the food and going elsewhere. I can't believe they sold this under their promotion..

I swear, this Arby's (Maple Grove) has the BEST customer service! I hadn't been to Arby's in years and the gentleman at the drive-through window was so nice. I went through it again today, with the same gentleman working the window, and he was just so wonderful. Great service, food was fresh, I will definitely be back.
