This place used to be good. Last 2xs was horrific each trip 1 blended drink came watery no flavor. One crepe terrible for a total of almost 18 dollars. Gave it another shot today. Large blended came out small watery and tasteless no whip and asked what it was they said what I ordered I stated no. Crossaint was old
Both times the young kids working were horrible with timing and professionalism
Almost 40 dollars later I will not be back

This place has a cute vibe and patio, but the staff haven’t seemed very knowledgeable about coffee or other beverages during either of our visits. The food menu is a bit varied and the sandwich and bakery items we ordered were good quality but just okay interns of composition and flavor. The staff have been very nice, just seemed to struggle to answer our questions.

Hard to review. The place looks nice and clean but has a gnat problem today--we we swarmed inside and my friend ended up with gnats in his water cup. I realize that's not the fault of the workers but oof, makes for an unpleasant environment.

I ordered a pastry from the case and a coffee on the online system, to stay.

Received the pastry in a to-go box, but it was delicious so I'll overlook that entirely. And the coffee was actually really really good. But it took almost 20 minutes to get my coffee, and the two staffers didn't say a word to us when we walked in or while we were there, until they called our names for our orders.

I don't exactly expect fake cheery smiles but you do expect some kind of acknowledgement. I had reached the point of assuming they weren't going to be making my coffee at all when they finally called my name. We were the only people in the store, what were they so busy with? Why don't in-person customers take priority?

I don't know. One single visit isn't enough for a poor review, but I can't give a good review either. I probably won't be back. Croissant plus medium seasonal latte, $15 plus I paid a tip.

Nice place for breakfast or a cozy coffee break. The atmosphere is lovely and most of the food tasted great. The only downside was the tomato soup — it was served cold and didn’t taste good to us. They also forgot one of our orders, and when we asked about it, they brought the soup but forgot the spoon. Overall, though, the experience was pleasant, and we’d still come back for the rest of the menu!

There’s a lot of cafes in Maple Grove, but this one is my favorite! I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered from here. The breakfast sandwich is delicious. Their lattes, crepes and pastries are delightful. I also recommend joining their rewards program, they’re always sending great deals!

Honestly I’ve tried this place twice and both times it was kinda disappointing on the flavor side- the first time I went I got a chai latte. The second time I got a pumpkin latte and croissant. The chai was nothing special and the pumpkin latte didn’t have much flavor at all aside from slightly burnt espresso. The croissant I had was fine but tasted a little stale. Overall it’s really nothing special for a price that is on the expensive side.

Was going to eat here, but the pastries under the glass were covered with flies. Not one, but dozens. If there are that many in sight, there must be hundreds that you can't see.

Bean Co. is such a clean and comfortable spot to chat or work with a tasty cup and treat. Be patient with the staff, some are just getting started, but they’re super nice!

Not impressed. Food was mediocre. They were out of avocados even though they were only open for not even an hour. Service was mediocre. Probably won’t come back again.

I waited 20 mins for my smoothie order. A staff member apologized and offered a baked good item. Very good customer service. The blackberry smoothie was done to my liking.
