VERY busy when I arrived which is fine, I understand that the food industry can be pretty busy at times. I placed my order at about 11:40and didn’t get my food until 12:00PM, the problem is a couple came on 5-10 minutes after me and placed their order but they got their food before I did. As I was watching my food be made, I didn’t feel it was the most sanitary. They have some sort of cutting board table but it was full so they set it on top of some stainless steel appliance— no plate, paper towel, NOTHING- just my sandwich on top of some silver box. When my food was handed to me, it was a mess and they didn’t really attempt to clean it up prior. This was my first time visiting and probably my last.

Also, note that when you order a sandwich that it’s not really a sandwich. They lay the bread down and stack it like avocado toast, it’s not an actual sandwich where you lay the bread down then the fillings then the other piece of bread. It was a mess to eat and I barely got to eat it.

This place is pricey too!! $16 for a “sandwich” and side that I didn’t even want. All I wanted was the sandwich but if you don’t get a side, it’s the same amount of money.

I love the food and coffee. I find it weird that it shares a lobby with a bank and wish the seating area was a bit larger.

Feels like you're scared in a cafeteria. Crepes are light and good and available in gluten-free. Cost is average to high @ $15. Staff is friendly and efficient.

My favorite coffee shop!! The crepes are AMAZING, and their sandwiches fresh and delicious. Employees always greet you with a smile too.

Service was good. The cold press was fantastic! Our cream cheese danish being overly heated was not what we were expecting. Their seating is cumbersome as welll.

If you like $4 stale flavorless coffee, this is the place to visit. For me, I'd rather visit a Holiday gas station.

I visited on a Saturday with my sister and found the environment to be very lovely and peaceful. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by an issue with my order. I placed an order for a sandwich and a drink and received the drink within about five minutes, which was very timely. However, my food order never appeared, and I waited approximately 20 minutes while observing others who arrived after me receive their meals.

It was later discovered that my food order had never been entered into the system, despite the charge appearing on my card. After speaking with the employees, I was eventually able to receive my food(with a stain on the bowl/plate), but only after a significant delay. Additionally, the situation did not seem to be handled with much concern, which made the experience disappointing overall.

Shares a common area with a bank. Nice plants and high ceilings. It was clean. Seating is limited. Got a seasonal espresso drink and the syrup tasted extremely artificial to the point it ruined the drink and I couldn’t finish it. The pastries were good and reminded me of Paris Baguette and Tous Les Jours.

Stay away from the hibiscus tea. No flavor, lightly colored water. This place is loud due to the machines they use to prepare the food and drinks. I was surprised to see that their stuffed croissants are not refrigerated, not even the tuna salad. Cashier was friendly.

Food and coffee are excellent, but automated reply service on the phones is impossible to use. Just disconnect your phone line if you're incapable of communicating. Why even have that as an option if you're only going to waste customers' time.

The service is friendly and professional. The coffee is really not very good, especially compared to competitors - and you pay quite a lot for the amount of coffee you get.
