Prices way up portions way down. Tip added on to Bill and that tip is not given to server , so we had to tip her too! Been coming to restaurant for 1o years with my best friend and her 2 daughter's for each of are birthdays! We will be reconsidering are choice next time! Very disappointed!

First time here. Atmosphere was fine, very loud with the chef hitting the grill with his utensils ( to be expected). Food was really expensive imo and bland . The steak was over cooked . My drink was excellent- Mai Tai but expensive. The tables were tight for sitting and strangers sat with us - not sociable . Chef was entertaining. This was a one and done event for me and my wife . Staff were very friendly. We got here early and apparently it's a popular spot as when we left the lobby was full of people waiting to eat .

I want to rave about the service we had for each person. Evelyn was such a kind host and seated us.. joked with me about my whole party being late. Really liked her personality. Emilio was our server and he was very professional and gave us great service! We were a large high mantainence group and he was on top of everything! Our chef Urbano was great!! He cooked our food perfectly and was attentive to needing food separated on grill. He was also really funny and entertaining for us all! Especially the kids. The manager Soha went above and beyond by offering us gift cards to save some money and come back. She came to our table to make sure the service and food was good. I don't usually go and write a review for each person who helped us but I was so impressed that I wanted all their names. We will definitely be back at this location for another family event!! Thank you so much for the awesome service and food! Way better then Osaka 💁🏻♀️

I haven't been to Benihana in years due to a past terrible experience at this restaurant. I had vowed never to go there again. Since it has been at least 3 years, I was hoping it would be under new management. I was seated within 5 minutes of my reservation time, was greeted promptly by my server and generally had a great experience. I didn't care for the 20% service charge, but that's the amount I would have tipped anyways, so I didn't leave anything extra.

Had to wait for reservations - then they put two more people to our table so we were crammed in there with 9 of us - other tables had 6-8 but on more. It was VERY uncomfortable. So LOUD in there it was impossible to hear the waitress! Then they ran out of glasses at the bar! Then there wasn't enough chefs! Then we got charged a 22% service fee!! NO WAY did that service deserve a 22% tip. Tips are tips, NOT MANDATORY expenses which was NOT disclosed prior to ordering. Complete joke and frankly illegal. I'll be raising this issue with my credit card company for sure.
