Bole Ethiopian Cuisine Maple Grove

I was so impressed the first time I had dine at Bole in Maple Grove that I invited a friend who drove all the way from Oakdale, Mn to join me the second time within the same week. We both had never ate Ethiopian food before. The atmosphere was warm, cozy and the music fit in perfectly with the vibe.
Every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The Injera and Half meat Half veggie was superb. We even order Chicken wings and Sambusa to go! Our server was friendly, attentive and made excellent recommendations from the menu. Dining here was a delightful experience. I recommend everyone to check it out. Thank you Solomon!

It was my first time eating Ethiopian food. I never had it before. The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was great. Everything was so good. I tried several different dishes and was not disappointed. I do encourage everyone to go to Bole and try it. I am definitely going back. I loved it. 😀

Absolutely amazing! I was looking for a place to eat at after my doctors appointment. I wasn’t feeling good, the food here brought me back to life. The owners are so nice, very kind people. Will definitely come here again!

Warm and welcoming and educating! Great quality food

This restaurant is amazing! Solomon, the owner, was so kind and friendly, and the service was 11/10 — we felt right at home. The ambiance was wonderful, and the food was full of flavor, freshly made, and you could truly tell it was cooked with care and love. We literally cleaned the plate! I highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves delicious Ethiopian food!

Great service, felt very welcoming and warm. Great food options - both the vegan meals and the meat were incredible. Injera was delicious as well. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially if this is your first time trying Ethiopian/Eritrean cuisine.

This place has the best Ethiopian food I've ever had! Not saying I'm an expert, but I've eaten at many different Ethiopian restaurants in the last few decades, and this really tops them all. The food was perfectly cooked and full of amazing flavors. They have gluten free teff injera - delicious and still not universally available in restaurants. The understated chic decor, the beer, wine, and bomb sweet and spicy chicken wings would make it an ideal date night or happy hour destination. I highly recommend Bole. Thinking about how good it was makes me really glad I have leftovers that I can enjoy for the next couple days.

The owner served us and gave us recommendations + information on Ethiopian food (such as how to eat it properly) as my partner and I had never had Ethiopian food before. The owner was very nice and was very happy to educate us! Food was excellent and the owner made our experience exceptional! We're so happy to have this place a convenient drive from where we live in the outer suburbs ❤️

Great food Great atmosphere. A little long on wait times but they made up for it for us, as it looks like theyre a little understaffed after just opening. Very normal around here but theyre generous about it and as long as youre not in a major hurry its fine. Food is well worth the time and wait though!

I've never tried Ethiopian food and let me say it was absolutely delicious. I tried the doro wat which I learned is their national dish. Highly recommended
