Delicious!
Dry and generally bland chicken. I think the crunch comes the fact it's over-breaded. The kimchi coleslaw was amazing, but that's no longer on the menu!

I’m new to the area and had Bonchon before in Texas, and the food was really good and had many flavors. So i decided that i should try the one here and that was not the case. everything i ate had no flavor and was just bland. the only good thing i had was the french fries. Also the staff seemed very out of place and confused, and kept staring at me while i was eating. I would not recommended for anybody to eat bland food.

The staff and store manager go above and beyond for their customers. I just had the store manager personally drop off my order when the mistake was with the uber driver who dropped off the wrong order. Rather than having the uber driver redeliver my food, the store manager personally dropped off by order at my door. Thank you for your attentive customer service this evening.

LOVE the fried chicken! Highly recommend the Soy Garlic, classic crunch is also a solid choice. I usually order mixed (wings & drummies) and the pieces are always good sized. Great fries, too.

The bibimbap and ttebokki were excellent. The place is clean and staff very efficient. It is part of an international chain. Great location, close to lots of shopping.
