Unhelpful support, bait and switch marketing, and hidden fees. I feel like I've been tricked by signing with Regus and no one should be made to feel this way.
The few people in the local area I've spoken to were kind, but in the end, were unable to offer any practical assistance.
If this is your only option, be sure to call first and sign with a human, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE.
Nice spaces, great staff
Management can be difficult to deal with. Offices are poorly constructed as you can hear everyone in the offices around you. Additionally, several tenants leave their doors open so there is even greater noise due to that. Not a good place to work when you need a quiet, confidential work space.
