Came here twice in the past week and enjoyed it both times! The food was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Service isn’t as fast as the big coffee chains, but the wait was very reasonable. They also had high chairs available in the lobby, which was a nice touch for families with infants.

I come here often during semester breaks as an out-of-state college student to complete work on my computer and to chill in general, and I always feel so welcomed and safe here. All the staff here are so thoughtful and hardworking. Specifically, Ian is always so cheerful and always has a smile on his face. He always makes sure that I am doing well and is sweet and thoughtful towards me. My food and drink are always prepared perfectly for me, and I am always greeted with kindness and care every time I visit. My whole day is always made every time I come here because the staff here is always so positive. I appreciate all the staff here and am glad that I found this spot to relax and get my work done:)

The staff is amazing!!!!
I thought Bruegger bagels were the #1 best....NOT!!
It is so hard to find a true NY bagel anywhere.
I bought 6, thinking they were what I remembered, wrong. Hard, dense and so very tasteless....
Very disappointed 😞
I cannot believe how much this breugers skimps out on cream cheese. I will never go to this location again acting like it comes out of your paycheck just give the regular amount of cream cheese. Also why is it taking 10 minutes for one person in the drive through with ONE bagel. Just drive the extra 10 minutes and go to another one.

Ran out of the hashbrown bagels for me and my friend after we had already ordered our sammies and been waiting so that was bit disappointing BUT the food was really good and drinks delicious.

I was craving bagels, but I won't be going back. Staff seems so uninterested in helping you and they are painfully slow. I ordered 2 bagels plain in a bag. All they had to do was stick a couple of bagels in a bag but I waited and waited. No smile, just feel like I got a lot of blank stares like I was talking a different language. Very poor customer service and the bagels were hard and not so good.
I truly hate this store. It’s been mismanaged and understaffed for far too long. Service is slow and the staff seems disinterested. Getting into arguments with other customers who’ve waited too long sucks too. There’s no order to the process. People are standing everywhere. I’ve had enough. No longer going to even bother giving it a chance anymore. I walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Ruined my damned day.

Stopped to grab a breakfast sandwich before flying, it was pretty tasty. But they almost forgot my extra bagel, good thing I checked the bag. Staff was very friendly! However, we were there when they opened and the bathrooms had yet to be serviced and we're kinda gross to begin with. In need of a refresh.

Highly recommend, I've never been to a bruggers bagels but the staff here made the experience amazing. Thank you for the recommendation for my wife, she loved the pepper bacon sandwich. My signature bagel with saracha honey spread was delightful.
