The bagels were so delicious. The guy who took our order and delivered our food was so kind. A must stop place!

The first time I came to this location a few years ago everything was wonderful. The sandwich was delicious. The fountain soda machine was working. The staff was kind. I’m not quite sure what happened at this location, but it keeps going down. I think the broken fountain machine is something that they never want to fix. The location in Plymouth has everything going and ready. They have friendly employees as well. At this location the employees seem like they barely even want to be there. They do the bare minimum to help you out and take a long time to come to the register To take your order. They seem very disinterested in there job. The sandwich was OK, but not much to write home about. I just don’t get what is going on in this location, but it definitely needs better employees and obviously management.

It’s normally a pleasant experience. But today was the worse I’m positive that because I didn’t tip I didn’t get a bag nor any napkins for my order. This girl gave me my sandwich with one napkin and the sandwich was cold. Not to mention I was the only car in the drive thru at the time so I know they were not busy. I’m certain that she let my sandwich sit out and was upset she didn’t get a tip. I was way too tired and hungry to say anything. I understand that tipping culture is expected but all she did was ring my order and I paid. From what I could see she didn’t make the sandwich or anything. Bad experience and have to try a different location from now on.

Shorted bagels. Teach employees how many bagels are in a bakers dozen.

Stopped in on a Sunday just before closing.

The sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagle was bland.

The others in our party had different sandwiches and found them tasty.

On our way out, the staff offered us a dozen bagles for free as they were just going to throw them away (company policy). Panera gives these daily leftovers to churches and other groups to pass out and takes a business right off for taxes and goodwill.

Super sad. My husband and I just came through the drive-through. I ordered a Sriracha honey sunrise and he ordered a smokehouse brisket and neither one of them came with any sauce. This is especially disappointing because there was no Sriracha on my bagel which is literally in the name of the bagel and so it just was an egg sandwich. We drove all the way home, which is 25 minutes from Bruegger’s and unfortunately, couldn’t go back. This was a big disappointment because both of us just got home from a long flight and we were really looking forward to some of our favorite bagels unfortunately this has happened at this location several times not just with bagels but with coffee as well. I keep coming back because I do love the sandwiches and the coffee when it’s done right but this was really disappointing.

The workers there are very friendly and it makes me feel comfortable speaking since I have social anxiety!

Just what I expected from Brueggers. Fast service. Friendly people and classic Brueggers bagels!

The coke is ALWAYS flat. The drive thru line always takes 10 min+ regardless of how many people are in line. Staff show no signs of haste, just standing around. This last time my bagel not only was not cut in half (minor thing), but I had a huge piece of egg shell in my egg. Definitely is the last time I'll be going here. Would not recommend this place at all

Speaking for spouse: Sat 4/19 7:30am for simple order bagel smear; 3 ppl behind counter prepping orders, 1 person taking orders at drive up & counter plus one gal who was busy walking around with an iPad (ignoring customers). Order took 25 minutes and multiple ppl before him waited over 30 minutes. The owner needs to make anonymous visits to see what’s really going on there!!!! (The other Bruegger’s in Plymouth on Cty 9 wasn’t even open at 7:15am which is why he went to Maple Grove!)

I'm really disappointed in this location. I've been coming to Bruegger's for years because I genuinely enjoy the food, but this particular spot has consistently let me down. I've given it multiple chances, hoping for improvement, but every single time I order the same breakfast sandwich, it's made incorrectly.

This morning was no different. I ordered my usual sandwich, and despite only two cars being ahead of me in the drive-thru and no one behind me, the wait time was unreasonably long. When I finally got to the window, I was told they were out of pastrami. I completely understand that can happen—and that’s not what I’m upset about.

The real issue is that when I got to work and opened my bag, I found the same mistake I’ve encountered in past orders: Swiss cheese instead of regular cream cheese, and no cream cheese at all. If modified orders weren’t allowed, I’d understand. But since they are, I expect them to be made correctly.

All I ask for is a Pastrami Egg Sandwich on pumpernickel—no Swiss, sub regular cream cheese. It's not a complicated order, yet it’s never made right. At $9–$10 per sandwich, accuracy and consistency should be a priority.

As a loyal customer, it’s incredibly frustrating to face the same issue time and time again. I sincerely hope this location takes more care moving forward.

This store...I try it about every 6 months and it never fails to disappoint. The one positive today was the girl at the window was at least perky compared to most of the crabby people I've experienced there in the past. Ordered an Everything bagel with egg, cheese and bacon. Received a sesame bagel and no bacon. Obviously, this is not dire, but it would be great if just once, they could get the order correct.
