The first time I came to this location a few years ago everything was wonderful. The sandwich was delicious. The fountain soda machine was working. The staff was kind. I’m not quite sure what happened at this location, but it keeps going down. I think the broken fountain machine is something that they never want to fix. The location in Plymouth has everything going and ready. They have friendly employees as well. At this location the employees seem like they barely even want...
Stopped in on a Sunday just before closing.
The sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagle was bland.
The others in our party had different sandwiches and found them tasty.
On our way out, the staff offered us a dozen bagles for free as they were just going to throw them away (company policy). Panera gives these daily leftovers to churches and other groups to pass out and takes a business right off for taxes and goodwill.

I've ordered online twice and they've messed up my order both times. The first time they ran out of the cheesy bagels and hashbrowns and subbed out the bagel and just disnt sub out the hashbrowns or refund them until i went back in line and they gave us an alternate side to replace the hash browns because they were out. The second time they just forgot the sides, luckily we checked before we left this time and got the sides but the hash browns were pretty underwhelming....
