This is the third time now, I get a kids meal. My kid doesn’t like fries so I asked for the apple sauce. They tell me it’s either the apple sauce or the toy or I have to pay extra for the toy. The lady was pretty rude! The first time it happened, I took the survey and had a manager call me back. Absolutely the worst Burger King, drive thru employees are RUDE! Changed the menu on me while I was next to order and refused to serve breakfast at exactly 10:30. Called to speak with a manager and they hung up on me, called again and wouldn't let me speak to anyone. After reading dozens of terrible reviews for this location I understand why there wasn't a long line to order. Whomever runs this place should be embarrassed.
The afternoon staff was exceptionally upbeat and friendly. That always makes for a better experience. Tried the Impossible Burger. I broke off a chunk of the patty to try the taste. Found it pretty tasteless. Looked up nutritional info and was shocked. I think Bk should keep a burger like this but go with a different patty. Did not taste like beef.
