I had a coupon and they said I could use it but then didn’t apply the coupon. They also didn’t give me it back, so I had to pay full price and I can’t use my coupon anywhere else. I’m really upset about this!

The gentleman that works mornings is awful. He puts himself on a timer. So he is very pushy and super hyped up. He always makes every customer go around to the front to get their food instead of staying at the window, even if you are the only customer! He says "he's on the timer". Whatever that means. Doesnt he realize it takes way longer to walk the food out to the customers in the front? Then, 9 times out of 10 he gets the orders wrong because he is rushing way too much. So then I have had to go through drive thru again many times now anyhow to get my correct order. The other people that work there dont do this. I wont be coming back until he is replaced.
Poor service overall 11/2024. Actually left the drive thru order spot after no one said anything for at three minutes. Went inside and no acknowledgement while standing at counter. Coke freestyle machine provided little carbonation and low syrup for both Coke and Coke Zero.

We just got off of a flight and wanted something off I 94. Decided to take a chance and the lead (possibly manager) in there was very helpful in telling us about the new Hamburgers and Fried pickles. He was very energetic and nice to deal with. We had an old school chicken sandwich and I had the Maple Bourbon whopper. Little sweet but it was good.

Excellent service received today from GM Anthony. He was quite friendly and he gave me a better deal than was offered on my survey coupon. I talked to him about some of the other locations I frequent and he provided some very good insight. I hope to see him again at this location. Croissant sandwiches were delicious as always!!!
