This is the worst Burger King location ever. I refuse to go back. The last time I went I did an online order and the cashier just gave me another order that started with the letter A and our orders were similar enough where I didn’t notice until after that I had eaten someone else’s order that had literally been sitting out for almost 6 hours at room temperature. How absolutely disgusting. No one answers the phone and all I could do was complain on the survey and say hey I’d like someone to reach out to me and no one ever did and then because I waited for someone to reach out the app wouldn’t even let me go in and complain anymore. How do your employees make that mistake?

We’ve gone here a handful of times and every time it’s a disappointment. The impossible whopper is completely mushy. Last time they gave us a regular whopper and not impossible. We’ve had consistent issues with receiving correct food items over the last 6 months.
Employees are seen closing early and sitting and talking while customers wait. They make you sit in the drive thru for 5-10 mins, then pull around to the parking lot for another 10 mins, only until you go inside and ask where your food is will you get it (and then it still might be wrong!)
The picture attached is after I air fried my burger for 5 mins. It was not done AT ALL.

Roof is leaking at 4 places …water all over….unhygienic!

I had a coupon and they said I could use it but then didn’t apply the coupon. They also didn’t give me it back, so I had to pay full price and I can’t use my coupon anywhere else. I’m really upset about this!
