And last thing since y'all don't want to speak English even though you do I will be calling everyday three times a day to find out when there's a manager there or someone who can speak English who's in charge because as of right now there's no one which means there's something wrong with that.

CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU EVEN LEAVE THE WINDOW!!!!!! I love Bk so I'm really disappointed that every single time I go to the maple grove Burger King they mess up my order, wrong condiments, they forget to give you stuff and you realize it half the way home or they give you the wrong order completely, they give you pop with no ice so it's luke warm. Honestly just a waste of money at this point. Don't waste yours and if you do again CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU EVEN LEAVE THE WINDOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went through the drive through Friday afternoon around 12:30 10-6-2023. The woman running the drive through was fantastic, energetic, positive, polite, cheerful. I want every encounter to be like that. Giver her a raise. She makes BK look good.

Wow! I can’t believe they change for a cup of water! I understand if I didn’t buy anything, but I just spent $10. Even in the hood they don’t charge for a cup of water. ??♂️
Lies to customers that they are out of buns. They don't wanna serves the last customers. Sometimes they close early. There are nightshift people who wanna eat.

One of my favorite date nights with my husband!! Food was hot, fresh and quick. The staff was very friendly and the single tv had Stars on Mars on, which was entertaining. Will be back!!!
I always try and start with a positive vibe. Although I don't usually rate fast food joints due to flexibility. This Burger King struggles, no matter what time a day. Peek or off peek hours. There's always a wait in line at the drive through. One day the employee yelled at my friend and I for speaking just a 'hello' into the intercom. Told us we were being rude to ask if we could place an order.So today when I went and was asked to wait before placing an order. I thought to myself.Well thank God it wasn't me that was the rude one that day. I doubted myself if I was beginning to loose my mind.The employee today was a male so I knew it wasn't the same person.However always good food.thats why I still go to burger king.But I do wish. That some employees were better trained at least not to put us costumers down. When obviously the problem with the female employee was that she was projecting her attitude onto us.I do wish her well she obviously needed some type of help that day.
