I am bummed that this location is closing. The staff at this location are amazing!! I have tried other caribous In the Maple Grove area and this one is my favorite. I've never had a bad experience. The store is always , nice and clean, staff always take time to wash there hands and wear gloves between every customer. The staff make you feel welcome, even know you by name. I think if anything corporate should use this location to train other locations. I'm not sure but the coffee here in my opinion is not the same as other locations. Its always the same. have ordered from other locations, tossed it in the trash and went to where I know I'm getting just what I asked for!! Please keep this location open!!!

Caribou was amazing, way better than Starbucks. Where is Starbucks based coffee tastes extremely burned there was coffee it was very smooth even when you just got a it black.

Have been here a couple times. Hit and miss with the drink taste. Some staff don't know what a reindeer is. I call it a steamer but the Caribou chain calls it a reindeer.
Very slow, wrong order twice, stopped offering pup cups.

Best Customer service!! I decided to try a new drink and she took the time to tell me what it was, what I could add to it etc. Btw the black peach tea with a shot of raspberry is delicious!

I went there this morning, and had such a positive interaction! The young man at the window appeared to be new, but was doing a great job asking his coworkers questions and trying to figure out an employee discount. Then, a young woman came to the window and finished helping me, she was super kind and complimented my glasses. I love your guys’ cabin window decor!! The artist who completed the window decor made our drinks SO GOOD. A great team was on this morning— thank you caribou!!
