At 8:30am on September 22 I ordered two small honeycrisp apple caramel highrises, and the person working dumped cinnamon on top instead of caramel, when I very much did not ask for that, and when I asked for the drinks to be fixed she argued that it's supposed to have cinnamon on it. Please teach your employees better. Ruined my morning. If I wanted cinnamon I would have ordered it with cinnamon.

I stopped at the Caribou inside Lunds and Byerlys for a hot coffee treat. The employee was so nice. She told me about the coffee they had for sale and I told her that I wasn't drinking coffee so much just treating myself to one for today. Then I told her that I have been drinking tea lately and was looking to buy tea at the store. She showed me a new flavor tea that they have and let me have a sniff. Wow it smelled wonderful and spicy but she said the spices were mellow and I could buy as many tea bags as I wanted. So I bought my coffee for now and my tea for home. She was so nice to talk to and very informative. I will definitely recommend that Caribou to everyone and give it a 10.
