Edit: I was contacted by customer service and they solved any issue I had and did a great job making sure it wouldn't happen again. I appreciate their response and will continue to go caribou again.I have been to many caribou locations and for the most part this location has usually been great however, a couple of days ago it wasn't. I went through the drive thru, handed the cashier my card for payment but while I was talking she processed the payment. Not even telling me how much and didn't give me the pin pad after to select amount of tip, she selected it. No, receipt was given and I was angry with her lack of customer service skills that I forgot to ask. I wanted to know before she processed it and while I was talking she said " I can't hear you" processed it anyway. The amount charged was more than what I always pay for the drink so I know she must have hit a tip amount because there is no way she deserved anything. I will not go back again. I tried reaching out about this and no response.

After having come quite a few times by now, I can say without a doubt that the atmosphere is amazing. The staff and guests alike are almost always friendly. I know how difficult it is to treat each and every guest with a smile and excitement, but Michelle today was brilliant and put in 100%. Excellent work!The food could use more customization options (but I'm sure that is likely a corporate decision that they do not have a say in) and every once in a while the team members do not seem interested in the guests, rather treating them more like a task they have to do instead of a person to interact with.However, this is one of the best Caribou locations I have ever been to. Kudos to the staff here ?
