I love this caribou. My order is always right. They always put a coffee bean and stopper in my drink which doesn’t happen at other locations consistently. Reese was so apologetic for sold out item and got me the substitution I wanted.

I went in to buy some gifts for a friend who lives in NYC, where they don't have Caribou, and the staff was SUPER friendly in helping me pick out the coffee and mug I am going to send him. I know he's going to love them!

We werent ready to order we were still clearly looking at the menu and an employee looked like she wanted us to order already and asked when we were still like 3 feet away from the paying register . We told her our order and she got one drink wrong. We told them it wasnt the right drink and the employee looked like she didn’t wanna make a new drink. Once we got out whole order she rolled her eyes as she gave my sister the food. We wanted to dine in but not after that. We don’t usually ever go in.

If there is one thing I'm a snob about, it's my coffee. And I love love LOVE the taste of Caribou Coffee. My Vanilla cold press is always perfect and the folks are beyond friendly. It's a great visit every single time.
