Five years I worked for caribou coffee. You guys suck now especially this place. Every single time I go to this one you screw my 10$ coffee up. Seriously it's coffee not rocket science and I speak pretty good English. How come every other caribou in the neighborhood can get my drink right. And at $10 a drink you think you could get a thank you especially when I tip every time. And to the young man who told me I can leave a complaint here it is. Horrible service You guys look totally unprofessional in your Street clothes. Seriously Bring back uniforms. Half the time it looks like I'm getting My coffee made from a homeless person. Seriously What a rip off and then you laugh at me and tell me i'm wrong about what I order several times a week. I'll go to kingdom coffee for now on small private owned. You don't need Fifty dollars a week from me caribou. I can't believe this is the same company I worked for.

Usually out of oat milk majority of the time I go to order. Alternative milks are not an option so it’s a major inconvenience to the point t that even though this is closet one to my house I avoid it now.

Wow, we used to love this caribou. The last 2 times we have been here were in the evening (most recently 12/18). We ordered ahead on the app and come in and noone is making the drinks. Staff are in the back and cleaning up front. Are they not noticing the orders on their screen? Don't they wonder what im doing there waiting? Its soo bad. And both times it was NOT busy

Oddly enough, I happened to take a picture because my drink was perfectly made! I add stuff and sometimes, I feel like it's not made correctly because the taste is off.. your location hit the nail on the head!

The baristas were cheerful and brightened my day. I ordered a hot small vanilla latte with 1/2 the flavoring at the drive through and they handed it to me exactly as ordered, at the perfect temperature.
It was very busy when we went but we still got our coffees very quickly and the employees were all very friendly. It is a nice atmosphere with good seating arrangements.

For whatever reason this is the slowest caribou.
I have visited every day this past week as I thought that maybe it was just a busy day, however yesterday and today, no line at the counter and no cars in the drive-through and I ordered via the app for pickup.
Arrived and still waited 20 minutes for just a light roast coffee.
Ironically enough there was another lady who ordered in store and also waited over 20 minutes for her drink.
Not sure why it’s so slow, but watching the workers, there is more work on cell phones and talking than making drinks.
