I always visit in person or do pick up on my own. I was a little lazy today and order through Uber eats. My order came so fast but the problem was the food. My sandwich didn’t have cheese, the flavor was off and the veggies tasted like old veggies. I was so disappointed that I had to toss it away.

I understand companies are struggling with limited staff and I hate writing negative reviews. But tonight’s service was exceptionally poor. We always order through the app and go through mobile check in line. I haven’t been at this location in awhile so unsure if this is the new normal. I am not exaggerating when I state that 19 different cars in the drive through lane went by as day parked in mobile. I got a message my order was ready and I didn’t actually get up close enough to receive it till 8 minutes later and the fries were cold 😩. The poor lady in front of me hadn’t received her order so I was unable to leave. That line tonight was managed extremely poorly.

Used to be great, but for the past year they mess up every single order. Sweet tea instead of UN-sweet, spicy sandwiches instead of regular, no dressing with the salads, the list goes on. They have about a 50% success rate which is unreal. This location needs to up its gave and get the orders correct, especially for drive through where you only find out the problem when you get home. Argh.
