Used the mobile pickup option which is great and super easy to use from the app. Food was ready quickly and the person who served up was nice and friendly. This is one of my kids favorite places so we go here often and the food and service are always great!

I went to dine in today with a friend and i must say, the service is superb. I requested to speak with Franco and he was so polite and accepting to any questions, comments or concerns I had. HES THE BEST. everything was on point, fries were hot and perfectly salted, spicy chicken deluxe was like if it came out of a advertisement. Love it, will be back for more!

I’m not sure what the purpose of listing the items for your order on the bag is if it never makes it into the bag. I was under the assumption that if you order a granola parfait that the granola would be included. Not only is it never in the bag but I have even received a cookie one instead…… BBQ sauce seems to be a coveted item as well considering that seems to never make the bag as well. The food is great, wish I would get all the items I asked for in the future. If I could leave zero stars for order accuracy I would.

Ordered two deluxe meals. Got plain chicken sandwiches with pickles. No lettuce, tomato, cheese. Nothing about it was deluxe. Terrible experience. Really annoyed I wasted my time and money. You should probably not employ teenagers to take orders and display orders on screens so the customer can tell if it’s rung up wrong like every other fast food restaurant.

I always visit in person or do pick up on my own. I was a little lazy today and order through Uber eats. My order came so fast but the problem was the food. My sandwich didn’t have cheese, the flavor was off and the veggies tasted like old veggies. I was so disappointed that I had to toss it away.
